Hi Chris. It is a bit hard to give anybody advice about travelling in the outback without knowing the level of their experience and the state of their car and equipment. I would err on the side of caution. I have no advice about corrugations. I hate them. However I generally give it a go. Good luck, Peter

Congrats on a great pic of the Telegraph Station at The Peake. I travelled Oodnadatta track twice now and got great pics of some of the Ghan buildings. This pic of yours is great – I tried to get there , but the corrugations scared me too much, once I turned off the Oodnadatta Track – I was a lone traveller , no trucks around me to pic me up if it got too rough ..so I abandoned my plan to visit The Peake Telegraph Station …but in Arnies words “I’ll be back” !! Any tips so I can avoid my Nissan Patrol shaking itself to pieces?
Cheers
Chris
