A Euro or Walleroo near a waterhole on the Warraweena Conservation Park, northern Flinders Ranges.
Euros are hills dwellers, more at home on the rocky slopes than kangaroos.
They’re noticeably different in shape to kangaroos, being thicker and stronger in the legs and hips. They have distinctive ears and hair like humans instead of fur.
