Cunning old Reynard hiding amongst the wild flowers. A major threat, along with feral cats to many species of native animals and birds.

Any marsupial under about 8 kilos, as well as new born lambs can fall prey to the fox which was introduced to this country over a hundred years ago.

All things considered the Fox is a magnificent animal, strong and able to adapt even to the urban areas. Unfortunately, they do not play well with our unique but helpless wildlife. It's great to see them among our wild flowers(..with the forgoing taken in to account LOL)
